2. Booking Process

b. Once booking details are submitted, we will proceed with the booking process. A 20% payment is required to confirm the booking.
c. A booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of making the payment.
d. The remaining 80% of the payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the tour start date.

3. Pricing and Payments
a. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
b. Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time and may have additional terms and conditions.
c. By placing a booking, you agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
d. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. All travel offers listed on our website are discounted and non-refundable.
b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date.
c. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
d. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Changes and Amendments
a. Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing at least 7 days before departure.
b. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
