Booking & refund Policy

  1. Booking Process:
  • Customers can book tours through our website (www.besttimelanka.com), via email, or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once the booking details are submitted, we will proceed with the booking process. At this stage, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the advance payment.
  • The remaining 80% of the total payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the tour start date.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • All travel offers listed on our website are discounted and, therefore, non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  1. Changes and Amendments:
  • Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the departure date and are subject to availability.
  • Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and price fluctuations.
  1. Non-Refundable Items: Certain services and bookings are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Special discounted packages
  • Customized tour packages
  • Accommodation and transport services booked under non-refundable terms
  1. Damaged or Disrupted Services:
  • If your tour experiences unexpected disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest), we will make every effort to offer alternative solutions.
  • However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events.
